A fine Pinot Blanc sourced from the grey slate soils of Burrweiler Schawer - which gives elegance, minerality and a touch of salinity to the wine.

Unusually for the Pfalz, slate soils drive this wine's flavour profile. In addition to the slate there is characteristic lime and green apple. 2 years of lees ageing provides complexity.
