Sierra Grande Chardonnay

The winery has great vineyards in Curico and Casablanca and this wine is a blend of the two. Casablanca is famed for its white wines. Here the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean is significant, particularly in the evenings where cool air flows uninterruptedly into the valley. Typically, Chardonnay from the area has nice acidity and texture. Central Curico is a haven for most varieties and here Chardonnay enjoys the warm, stable climate ripening fully to give tropical fruit characteristics to our blend.

Perfect with poultry or fish dishes, and creamy pasta bakes.
