Rich spices – cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, and rich wood notes. It pops through on the palate – which is slightly sour – full of clean, rich spices with a touch of white pepper and grapefruit on the finish.

A real star in cocktails. It comes through nicely in a gin and tonic, it makes an excellent toddy with honey and lemon juice, works well with ginger ale, and mixed with grapefruit juice, it's really terrific.
