Smacks of a great Aussie Chardonnay but blended with elements of Chablis and a touch of the Languedoc thrown in for good measure. It took us by surprise, but we have to say - What a wine!! Made by the excellent Principe de Viana this shows that Spain can do Chardonnay as well as many of its New World counterparts.
