Notos Nebbiolo Vinedos de las Vientos

Notos was the god of the south wind, the same wind that shapes the aromas and flavours in all Vinedo de los Vientos wines. This Nebbiolo is a great summer red - light, fresh, dry, full of fruity aromas with raspberry and spice flavours.  

A blend of 90% Nebbiolo and 10% Tannat from vines replanted in 2008. Hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel and then aged for six months in a mix of new and used French oak.
