Miss Chief Organic Rosé Citizen Wine

This is a delightfully zesty pink with notes of stone fruit and strawberry up top. Oily and textural, there is also a lovely herbal quality on the palate with a touch of welcome bitterness and a subtle pear drop flavour. Fresh and delicious.

We are delighted to be selling the Citizen Wines. Set up by a close-knit group of industry experts they hope to breathe some much-needed life into an all-too-often rigid and stuffy wine sector, by bringing innovative new approach to wine making and marketing. They only work with producers that are fully committed to sustainability, sourcing wines that are sustainably grown and organically produced.

100% Tempranillo. Hand harvested from 30+ year old vines . Grapes are gently pressed to obtain a light colour and slowly femented at 15°C and bottled soon after fermentation. A floral and fruity Tempranillo.
