Minuty Prestige first came to the world's attention more than 26 years ago when winemakers Jean-Etienne and François Matton decided to bring a signature wine, with all the hallmarks of a classic, to a wider audience of Provence rosé fans.

This is a wonderful wine to serve alongside all kinds of cuisines. Its earthy aftertaste is ideal for seafoods such as oysters, whelks, clams and anything you'll find on a seafood platter. Fish ceviche and sushi, California rolls and grilled fish work just as well. Also try it with classic Italian trattoria dishes such as veal Milanese and spaghetti alle vongole or Provençale specialities such as stuffed vegetables or vegetable stacks.
