This estate wine is made of 100% grapes from the farm. The Shiraz gives a spicy note filled with black pepper and cloves. The Grenache lifts these flavours with subtle hints of white pepper, liquorice and raspberries. The Mourvedre shines on the palate where it softens the spiciness of the wines and gives it a darker fruit flavour.
