Growers Touch Durif

Dense red in colour. This Durif displays aromas of sweet berry fruits of Mulberry and Blueberry backed by oak, exhibiting vanillin and coconut with hints of spice. The palate is typical Durif, a complex mix of dark fruits, black, blue and mulberry. The oak comes in to tie the lot together and compliments the tannin structure for which Durif is renowned.

Mino & Co Pty Ltd, was established in 1997 and has been producing wines of various styles, suited to the regions growing conditions but not limited to, for almost two decades. The winery is located in a small village called Hanwood, just outside Griffith in New South Wales with the area falling into the ‘Riverina’ region of NSW. In more recent times growers, and more specifically The winery, have begun planting various Italian varietals due to demand in the Australian wine market and the areas suitable growing conditions.
