Gallica Rorick Heritage Albarino

Gallica Rorick Heritage Albarino is an aromatic wine from Rorick Heritage Vineyard and is from the Albarino varietal which is rare and unique in California. The winery was born in 2007 and they strive to produce wines from special vineyards sites whilst working with committed growers and certified organic practices.

The wine has spent 6 months on the lees before bottling and has fermented in neutral oak barrels and stainless steel. There is a small addition of Muscat Blanc which provides some of the aromatics and texture that go into creating this lush wine.
