Fincher and Co is an exciting collaboration between Master of Wine Liam Steevenson and one of Marlborough’s most celebrated winemakers, Ben Glover. Fincher & Co. highlights the diverse characteristics of single vineyard sites in New Zealand. Celebrating the inherent qualities that each grape variety has to offer. Each vineyard is allowed to express its unique terroir. This is achieved through patience in the cellar and nurturing the individual characteristics that each site and vintage has to offer.

An aromatic, yet delicate Sauvignon Blanc. With elegant aromas of melon and guava topped off by bright gooseberry notes. It offers soft acidity and a chalky mid palate which leads through to a long and rounded finish. This versatile wine pairs perfectly with seafood. Asian flavours and many dishes with herbs and greens – basil, coriander, rocket and especially mint.
