The fresh vibrant fruit flavours are light, zippy and elegant sheer finesse! Domaine de Vedilhan is the estate of the Fayet family based in the village of Moussan close to Narbonne. Vines are managed using the lute raisonnée method. Terroir is a combination of limestone, sand and sea shale. Works well with Thai flavours or with fusion inspired dishes.
