Chateau Peyrassol Blanc, Côtes de Provence

A classy white from Chateau Peyrassol, one of our favourite Provence producers.

On the nose it releases floral, spice and honey notes. On the palate, the wine is smooth with the same notes as on the nose. The attack is biting thanks to a marked acidity that will give this wine great potential as it ages. The finish is long and generous.
