Gancedo is situated near the village of Quilós, about 10km from Ponferrada. In the north-western tip of Spain. The winery has 19 hectares of vines, the majority of which are between 60 and 100 years. The cellar was built in 2000 and is equipped with the best modern technology suited to production from these small plots. When required, only French oak barrels are used for maturation.
