The distillation process is a thing of joy. Caleno hunt down the tastiest tropical ingredients inspired by the delicious flavours of Colombia, before distilling two unique flavours (Light & Zesty and Dark & Spicy) inside modern stainless-steel drums. The fruits and spices sing and dance whilst they’re distilled inside for 48 hours, extracting every drop of their bold exotic flavours. The party’s not over yet – they then leave the distillation to mature for another two weeks before they pour with joy into beautiful bottles and bring them along to our next fiesta!
