Berton Vineyards Reserve Botrytis Semillon 37.5cl

A bright, light honey gold colour in the glass. Highly lifted perfume: Apricot jam and fleshy cheeks, alongside presrved citrus rind and a sweetness that straddles between honey and butterscotch. The sweetness on the palate runs to cloying but balanced with a vibrancy and zing from Semillon’s inherent acidity. Incredible length of flavour where the spectrum winds through butterscotch, preserved lemon, lemon drops and an earthy warmth.
