Will, Mark and Peter began Bays Brewery almost 15 years ago in an old fabrication unit in Paignton. To ensure perfection in every pint, the team use malted barley locally sourced from Newton Abbot in their 5-stage brewing process, before sampling each brew to assess the quality and flavour.
